The WAGO PFC100 Controller 750-8102 is a compact, DIN-rail-mountable PLC developed for reliable control and automation applications using the modular WAGO I/O System. It supports digital, analog and specialty I/O modules from the 750/753 Series, allowing users to build flexible and scalable automation systems.

The controller features two configurable Ethernet interfaces and an integrated switch, enabling convenient network communication and line-topology wiring. It supports industrial communication protocols including Modbus TCP/UDP, EtherNet/IP Adapter, Modbus RTU and MQTT, along with standard Ethernet services such as DHCP, DNS, NTP, FTP/FTPS, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS and SSH. RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces provide additional connectivity for serial devices and industrial equipment.

Powered by a 600 MHz Cortex-A8 processor with 256 MB RAM and 256 MB flash memory, the PFC100 runs Real-Time Linux 3.18 with an RT-Preempt patch. It supports IEC 61131-3 programming languages including Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text, Sequential Function Chart and others, with programming through e!COCKPIT based on CODESYS V3. An integrated Web-Based Management interface and Web-Visu provide configuration, monitoring and visualization capabilities.

The 750-8102 is designed for 24 VDC operation, mounts on a DIN-35 rail, and has an IP20-rated housing. Its compact 61.5 mm width makes it suitable for space-conscious control cabinets. The controller can support up to 250 modules per node, or up to 64 modules without a bus extension.
