The PowerLogic PM5563 (model METSEPM5563RD) from Schneider Electric is part of the PowerLogic PM5000 series — engineered for industrial, commercial, and utility electrical energy monitoring. This meter delivers high-accuracy measurement of key electrical parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, active/reactive power, energy, power factor and harmonics up to the 63rd order using true RMS sampling at 128 samples/cycle. It features a remote 128 × 128 pixel LCD for enhanced readability and supports up to eight tariff schedules with configurable alarm thresholds. The unit includes four digital inputs for WAGES monitoring and two digital outputs for control or alarm signaling. Communications are robust with RS-485 Modbus RTU/ASCII and dual 10/100 Mb Ethernet supporting Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet/IP, Ethernet/IP and DNP3, plus an onboard web server for diagnostics and real-time viewing. With support for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz networks and a wide auxiliary supply range, this revenue-grade meter offers flexible deployment for energy management, metering and power quality analytics
